These terms apply to printed books purchased directly from WCCCS Publishing through this website. Online sales of digital editions are currently unavailable.
Payment and courier delivery
The online PayFast charge covers the printed books only, in South African rand (ZAR). Courier delivery is quoted separately based on the delivery address and is not included in the book payment. We will confirm the courier cost with you and will not dispatch until you accept it. If you do not accept the quote, you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund of the book charge.
After you accept a courier quote, we will confirm the dispatch method and provide tracking details when available. Delivery times depend on the destination and courier. Please contact us before placing an order if you need delivery outside South Africa so we can confirm availability and any restrictions.
Cancel before dispatch
Email us before your order is dispatched. We will cancel it and refund the full book charge to the original payment method. Any separately agreed courier payment will be handled according to whether that service has already been booked, and we will explain this before processing the cancellation.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind after delivery, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the books. You may return unused books in saleable condition. We will give you a return address and instructions. You are responsible for the return courier cost for a change-of-mind return. Once we receive and inspect the books, we will refund the book price to the original payment method. A courier charge already incurred is not part of the book refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, incorrect or defective books
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve transit damage quickly. We will arrange the return at our expense where required and offer a suitable remedy, including replacement or refund, in line with applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African consumer law, including the statutory rights that apply to defective goods.
Refunds and contact
Approved refunds are processed through PayFast to the original payment method. We will send confirmation when we initiate the refund; the time for it to appear in your account depends on PayFast and your payment provider. For all order, delivery and return queries, email info@wcccspublishing.store.
